When you're done shopping, click "checkout" to place your order. All of the items in your shopping bag appear in your order during checkout. If you don't want to order all of the items, simply edit your shopping bag before proceeding to checkout.

We are happy to announce that although postal prices have increased, our prices have remained lower.
We will ship within the USA by First Class Mail (USPS) and priority mail shipping.
All international and Canada orders will be shipped by first class air mail or priority mail. We are not responsible for lost iems once it leaves the USA. Tracking is not available on first class items, if you need tracking we can ship using express mail (more expensive service). Shipping prices are based on the amount of items in your basket, not by weight. Some orders may require additional shipping costs based on weight, instances may be for international orders.
Shipping costs are based on a table scale by the amount of items you purchase.
Our items are each sold separately, and most items are not in individual packaging. We make sure that we provide adequate packaging to ensure that your items are not damaged during the shipping process.
When you enter your credit card information and click "submit order" on the final review page, we'll give you an order confirmation number. You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped and that we've charged your credit card.
Hijab Jewels uses USPS (Postal System) as our prefered choice of delivery. We do not have tracking rather, we use confirmation numbers. Your confirmation number will be sent to you by email within 24 hours of posting your order. You can use that number and link included in the email to see the delivery date that we shipped. In turn, we can use the confirmation number to view when you received your package. Example:

When you receive your order your confirmation number will look like the image below. We love to hear from our customers please leave feedback on our guestbook, we would like to hear in detail your description of the items so others can get an idea of a product. Internet ordering can be difficult so the more descriptive the better.
We want you to love what you ordered. But if something isn't right, let us know. We gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise. We'll send you another color, a new size or an entirely different style. If you'd rather have a refund, we'll take care of that, too.
